Natalie Cline represents District 9 on the Utah State Board of Education, she has earned a reputation as a fighter for freedom, faith and families in Utah. Monica Wilbur is an Education Advocate, she is involved in many projects creating awareness of the education system crisis. Together they started Higher Ground to inform parents of the crisis in school and the latest developments in education that families won't find anywhere else.
