The 2nd amendment is one of the most critical, hence why it’s number 2. As we have watched our 1st amendment rights be desimated over the last few years we can’t allow for the same to happen to our 2a rights. We wish we could tell you that wasn’t at risk but sadly that’s not the case. There are currently a plethora of bills and or policies coming for the second amendment.

That’s why states like Tennessee and Idaho, and now Virginia (among others) have become 2A sanctuary states. Utah must follow in order to protect this critical right and ensure our right to bare arms is secure.
Ted Cruz just recently spoke about this gun grab and he made some valid points here and Roy Chip has submmited a bill worth looking at to stop the government overreach here
